Veggie Lasagne • roasted or grilled seasonal vegetables, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, & parmesan in creamy tomato sauce with fresh basil & oregano. $12 pp

Polenta Lasagne • same as the veggie lasagne, but layered with polenta instead of pasta. $12 pp

Pierogi • stuffed with potatoes & other seasonal fillings; dressed with sauce depending on filling. $15 pp (vegetarian/vegan)

Enchiladas • stuffed with seasonal roasted veggies, cheese & topped with sour cream-verde sauce or pumpkin-red chili sauce. $12 pp

Couscous • served with seasonal vegetables, garam masala, chickpeas, currants & pinenuts with mango chutney. $10 pp (vegan)
