Organic Fruit • with honey, fresh ginger & lime or rosewater, almonds & edible flowers. $4.50 pp

Organic Greens • with toasted hazelnuts, buttermilk blue cheese & seasonal vinaigrette. $4.50 pp

Spinach • with marinated mushrooms, gruyère & honey mustard dressing or tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, creamy feta dressing & olive croutons. $4.50 pp

Wild Rice • roasted veggies, golden raisins, pecans & sage. $4.50 pp

Roasted Beets • goat cheese, marcona almonds, arugula & orange vinaigrette. $5 pp

Pasta • many possibilities, including: grilled veggies & asiago; wild mushroom, arugula & parmesan; orzo with parsley pesto, lemon & tomato; chickpeas, spinach & sheep’s milk feta; cilantro pesto, poblano chilies & dry-jack cheese; pearl couscous with peas, fresh mint & sheep’s milk feta. $4.50 pp

Roasted Veggies • with goat cheese & herbs (best served warm). $6 pp

Roasted Sweet Potato • with candied pecans, sheep’s milk feta, arugula & maple vinaigrette. $5 pp (seasonal)

Moroccan Couscous • chickpeas, roasted red pepper, mint, lemon & moroccan olives. $4 pp

Israeli Couscous • fresh peas, mint, lemon & sheep’s milk feta. $4.50 pp

Spiced Pumpkin & Lentil • served with goat cheese & apple cider vinaigrette. $5 pp

Carrot-Manchego • parsley & sherry-orange vinaigrette. $5 pp

Shaved Zucchini • olives, lemon, pinenuts & grana padano. $5 pp

Poached Salmon Niçoise • potatoes, haricot verts, cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, fried capers & served with a creamy tarragon dressing. $9 pp

Smoked Chicken • quinoa, sweet potatoes, cilantro, cumin vinaigrette; served with fried tortillas. $8 pp

Gado-gado • indonesian salad with layers of fried tofu, bean sprouts, potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, scallions, drizzled with peanut sauce & served with garlic chips. $8 pp
