SPECIALTY BREAD SCHEDULE
We use european butter, organic grains & flours, free-range eggs, organic cinnamon & vanilla, and LOTS of LOVE in our bread & pastries! We have an assortment of cinnamon, cardamom, orange-walnut, almond-poppyseed, savory ham & cheese & pesto rolls as well as other seasonal pastries. Call ahead…we run out quickly!

We make organic multigrain, wild yeast sourdough & baguettes every day.

Wednesday

• black mission fig-walnut bread
• light pumpernickel (w/ organic rye flour)

Thursday
• gluten-free bread (rice flour, millet flour, xantham gum, yeast, sugar, molasses, ground walnuts, milk, egg whites, butter & salt)
• turnovers (w/ seasonal local jam)

Friday
• dried cherry-chocolate bread
• croissants: chocolate, almond & traditional
• polenta honey bread (makes great toast!)

Saturday
• german seeded bread (organic oats, rye & polenta; pumpkin, sunflower, sesame & flax seeds)
• kalamata olive & herb bread (w/ parmesan)
• almond cake bear claws

Sunday
• potato-rosemary-leek bread (w/ parmesan & cracked black pepper)
• cinnamon bread (makes the best french toast you’ll ever have!)
